What a weekened..

This week was one I wouldn't forget in a long time. It all started off with a wounderful fireside friday night with the BYU football team. The talks were given by Jeff Bell and Brenden Gaskins. Rocky Kalamafoni sang a beautiful solo and the second musicl number was the whole team singing "Armys of Helaman". Both Bronco and Holly shared some words at the very end. After the fireside we had a bunch of the team sign footballs.
Game day started bright and earlier. We took one of Marks young men from their ward who is a die hard cougar fan. We got their earlier so he could watch the team warm up, we ran into Kiley and Hayden which was fun. Its like a mini family reunion at Lavell Edwards Stadium on game day. Grandma disapered for a little while and when she came back she had field passes for us, needless to say we were all exstactic (this was the second time in a row we have been able to do this and it never gets old). This time however we stuck around to watch the team preform the Haka.

The game was great and a little sad knowing it was the last home game of the season, but what more can you ask for after the team has gone three years without a loss at home. We stuck around for the senior ceremony were they recieve the senior blankets. Afterwards we went back down on the field were we stuck around for a little while.
This is a picture of the balls we had signed for Taylor and me, with my game day pass.

Here a few random pictures from the game.

One of the best places to be on game day

Before most games you can find us girls with grandma watching the team warm up. On Saturday after the rest of the family left to head to our seats Grandma, Jesi and Me decided to stay and it payed off. We went to the wall where you can hang your hand over to high five the players and from their things only got better. My Grandma knows the guy who does the viedo for the show Cougar Diaries and he taped us saying "Your watching Cougar Diaries" so those who have the Mtn look for us Wednesday night at 6:00 we might be on(they also play it sometimes on the BYU channel). While we were their Jesi decided to see if we could run into our Chiropractor who just happens to be the teams chiropractor and we did. After talking for a little while he asked if we would like to go down on the field (he knows we bled blue)before he could finish his sentence Jess said yes. So he took us down on the field. It was awesome we got to run into Nate Meikle who is good friend of my Grandma's we also got to watch the team warm up really close. Here are a few pictures.

The best things in life are free....

I can honestly say this past year with Taylor Bug has been one of the best years for me. We have had so much fun from our first girls trip to Vegas with Jess and I to her first BYU game, watching learn new words etc... I can not imagine life without her, its so werid to think about what we did without her. So this post is for you Tay can't wait for more years to come.
